Meet-and-Greet, Not Curbside
Unlike a taxi or rideshare, your chauffeur doesn't wait curbside — they meet you inside the terminal at arrivals, holding a name sign, so you don't have to find your way to a designated pickup zone with your luggage in tow.
From Baggage Claim to Vehicle
Once you've collected your bags and cleared customs (if applicable), your chauffeur helps carry your luggage and walks you directly to the vehicle, which is parked and ready rather than circling the terminal.
If You Can't Find Each Other
Every booking confirmation includes your chauffeur's name and contact details. If you don't see your name sign right away, call +1 647-970-9726 and dispatch will connect you directly.
Flight Tracking Means No Guessing
Because we track your flight automatically, your chauffeur already knows your actual arrival time — including delays — so they're not guessing when to be there. Terminal 1 or Terminal 3
Pearson has two passenger terminals, and which one you land at depends on your airline. Your chauffeur confirms the terminal from your flight number before you land, so there's no confusion about which arrivals hall to head for — you don't need to tell us in advance unless your airline changes gates at the last minute.
Departures Work the Same Way, in Reverse
