How Much Luggage Can You Bring? A Packing Guide for Airport Transfers
Luggage capacity by vehicle class, so you can pick the right fit before you book.
Luggage Capacity by Vehicle
Sedan: 2 large suitcases plus 1 carry-on. Premium SUV: 4 large suitcases plus 2 carry-ons. Executive Van: 8 or more bags. These are comfortable capacities, not a hard squeeze — oversized items like golf bags or extra-large suitcases may need to be mentioned when booking.
Traveling With Extra Luggage
If you're close to a vehicle's limit — sports equipment, an extra checked bag, or a stroller — let us know your exact count when booking so we can match you to the right vehicle, or recommend stepping up to the next size.
Group Trips
For larger families or groups with a lot of luggage between them, our Executive Van is usually the right call even for a smaller passenger count, simply for the extra cargo room. Not sure which class fits your trip? Our vehicle guide breaks it down by group size too.
Oversized & Awkward Items
Golf bags, ski equipment, musical instruments, and car seats aren't a problem, but they do take up more room than a standard suitcase — mention them when you book so we can plan the trunk space, or move you up a vehicle class if needed. It's a quick note on the booking form, not a separate request.
Corporate & Business Travel Luggage
Business travelers often carry less luggage but more equipment — laptop bags, display cases, sample kits. The Sedan comfortably handles a standard carry-on plus a laptop bag; for anything bulkier, our corporate chauffeur service can default to a Premium SUV for regular bookings.
