What Determines the Price

Three things set the price of an airport transfer: your pickup city, the vehicle class you choose (Sedan, Premium SUV, or Executive Van), and whether the trip is a flat-rate Pearson transfer or a metered point-to-point booking. For Pearson trips specifically, we quote a flat rate by city and vehicle before you book — see current rates on our pricing page or get an instant estimate with our fare calculator.

What's Included in the Flat Rate

Every flat-rate fare includes a licensed, insured chauffeur, meet-and-greet service inside the terminal, and free real-time flight tracking, so your pickup time adjusts automatically for a delayed or early flight at no extra charge. HST is included in the quoted price; 407 ETR tolls are billed separately, but only if that route is actually used for your trip.

Flat Rate vs. Metered Pricing

A flat rate means the price you're quoted before the trip is the price you pay — traffic, route choice, and time of day don't change it. That's different from a taxi or rideshare meter, which can climb if the 401 backs up on the way to the airport. We use metered pricing only for point-to-point city trips that aren't Pearson transfers; see our point-to-point service for that pricing model.

How Airport Limo Pricing Compares to Uber or a Taxi

An airport limo's flat rate is set before you travel, so it doesn't move with traffic, time of day, or demand — unlike a taxi meter or an Uber fare, which can spike with surge pricing during busy periods. See our comparisons of an airport limo vs. Uber and an airport limo vs. a taxi for a fuller breakdown of what each option actually includes beyond just price.

Corporate and Repeat Travel Pricing

If your business books airport transfers regularly, a corporate account doesn't change the flat-rate pricing itself, but it does add direct invoicing and priority booking so repeat travel is easier to manage and expense. See our corporate airport transportation guide for how that works.

Common questions

FAQ

Does the price change if my flight is delayed?
No — flight tracking is included free, so a delayed flight doesn't trigger a late fee or a new fare as long as the delay is reasonable.
Are tolls included in the flat rate?
HST is included; 407 ETR tolls are billed separately, and only if that route is actually used for your specific trip.
Is an airport limo more expensive than Uber or a taxi?
Not necessarily — a flat rate is fixed in advance, while Uber and taxi fares can rise with surge pricing or a slow meter in traffic, so the gap depends on timing and route.
